the more we eat. After 2 years 70% to 95% of people studied return to their starting weight. If you want to decrease body fat you must have some active controls with calories intake (Food and
Drink). We will plan a lifestyle nutritional programme for you to follow. Taking your personal circumstances and desired goals to account. .
There are two main reasons why resistance training is an essential part of a balanced fat loss programme. Firstly, increasing muscle mass increases basal metabolic rate (BMR). Secondly, the calorie burning affect during a weight training workout.
As you lose body weight your body will slow your metabolism down to protect your fat stores. We need to increase your muscle tone to slow down and reverse this effect. I will design a resistance programme according to your fitness level and the amount of time you can spend training.
Cardiovascular training is all about raising your heart rate. The benefits include improved heart and lung function, calorie burning and an increase positive mood. I believed variation with my programming is the key to a success. Changing factors such as type of exercise (Boxing, Swimming and Running etc), Intensity and duration will improve your results and stop you getting board.
